At Karasu Japanese Knives, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our cutlery and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your blade does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully wipe the blade with a soft cloth and place the knife back into its original wooden box or protective sleeve to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided shipping label to a sturdy outer box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is insured for its full value.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master smiths inspect the returned item for any signs of use or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
